ABOUT THE ROLE
- Collaborate with the Head of department and other senior members of the Data & Analytics team to develop complementary products and services which ladder up to the overarching department vision set by the Head of department
- Consultancy & expertise – provide support on the selection and implementation of best-in-class technology, audience management, BI and analysis platforms for our clients
- Creative data strategies - develop solutions, POCs and prototypes that drive business growth, both for our clients and the wider agency.
- Work with account management and new business teams to identify opportunities to grow iCrossing’s Data & Analytics offering.
- Inspiring & motivational team leader – mentoring and managing data and analytics professionals ensuring a high standard of expertise and excellence in delivery.
- Thought leadership – researching and developing POVs, champion the agency and department vision, and leverage your wider network to drive department growth
- Strong Digital Marketing knowledge and experience with common MarTech platforms, including but not limited to: Google Ads 360, Google DV360, Google Search Console, STAT Search Analytics, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, and/or Adobe Experience Cloud products (Analytics, Ad Cloud, Marketo, Audience Manager, and Target)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proven ability to provide actionable insight from multiple data sets - delivering the 'so what' behind the data
- Experienced in creation/maintenance of customer data feeds/pipelines in order to identify and capture all data points relevant to our clients’ customers journeys – for use in audience creation that can be activated across a variety of MarTech tools
- Proficient in analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, digital content, and customer journey funnels in order to build insight on the drivers of our client’s customers and optimise their experience(s)
- HTML & JavaScript used in the context of tag management (in a tag management solution (“TMS”) such as Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe DTM/Launch)
- Planning, configuring, and implementing Google Analytics (Universal and 4) including 360 Suite and enhanced eCommerce
- Configuration of alternative web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics
- Use of SQL and data mining using ETL, data warehouses, and MS Excel
- Capabilities of BI applications, primarily Google Data Studio; but also, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI and/or Looker

You will work directly with clients and colleagues to define data strategies and innovative solutions that deliver superior business results. You will play a crucial role in the development of the Data & Analytics capabilities of the agency.
With your excellent technical skills and team management experience you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are pushing the boundaries of innovation and growth in their businesses by leading the team to continuously improve marketing and CX performance through best-in-class tech, data and analytics implementation and practices.
